REQpay

Construction pay applications and bank draws, without the monthly scramble.

REQpay is a construction technology company. Our software addresses the pay application and draw package workflow, the process through which money actually moves on a project, and the one that still runs on manual assembly, re-keyed figures and disconnected systems across the general contractor, owner's rep, bank monitor and lender.

What the platform does

A defensible record, not just a finished document.

Most tools in this space produce a form. REQpay is built around the harder part: getting every party to one agreed set of numbers, with the supporting record organized so the package can actually be reviewed and funded rather than merely submitted.

01

Structured billing

Subcontractors bill through the platform rather than re-keying figures into a spreadsheet each cycle. One set of numbers, one source.

02

Organized supporting record

Photographs, tickets and documentation are captured and organized as part of the billing cycle rather than reassembled at the end of it.

03

Funding-ready output

The package reaches the GC, owner's rep, bank monitor and lender in the form each of them expects to receive it.

The problem

A coordination problem wearing the costume of a document problem.

The most important financial document on a construction project is still assembled by hand, one PDF at a time, every month. Five parties re-key the same figures into systems that do not talk to each other, and a single technical error can reject an entire project's billing. That is why it has resisted automation: the difficulty was never generating the form. It was getting five parties to agree on one set of numbers and the evidence behind them.

The cost of that friction lands downstream. Payment delay becomes schedule delay, and schedule on a financed project is interest carry. Unpaid subcontractors slow down or price the float into their next bid; a rejected draw package pushes funding into the following cycle.
